We wanted to take a moment to talk about the product reviews you’ll see across our website, especially if you’re noticing some familiar-looking ones!
🛍️ Reviews from Our Etsy Days
Since we’ve recently moved from Etsy to our own online store (woohoo!), we brought over many of the wonderful reviews left by our amazing customers. These were too special to leave behind, and we wanted to make sure new shoppers could still see the kind words people have shared about our pins, handmade goods, and all things Woof and Woodworks.
📌 Why Some Reviews May Look Repeated
On Etsy, when a customer buys multiple items in a single order, they’re prompted to leave a review for each individual product—even if it’s the same feedback across the board. So, if someone bought 5 pins and loved them all, Etsy would generate 5 identical reviews. We’ve tried to assign reviews to the correct products as best as possible, but you may see similar (or duplicate) ones here and there. It’s not a glitch—it’s just how Etsy structured things.
💬 Why You Don’t See "Imported from Etsy" Labels
We’re currently using the free version of our reviews widget, which doesn’t include premium features like:

“Verified Etsy Import” tags

A full ‘View All Reviews’ page

Advanced formatting or filters
We hope to upgrade this down the road, but for now, all reviews shown are 100% real, written by real people who supported us on Etsy or through our website. And we’re incredibly grateful for them.
