Processing Times

Enamel Pins & Ready-to-Ship Items
Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding Sundays and holidays).

3D Printed & Made-to-Order Items
3D printed products are made to order and require 3–5 business days for production before shipment.

Custom & Personalized Wood Items
Custom wood items require 3–5 business days for production (or as noted in the product description) before shipment.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Free Shipping:
Orders over $35 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

Estimated delivery times (after shipment):

  • U.S. Domestic: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

We currently ship within the United States only.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us at:

We will assist in contacting the carrier and filing a claim if necessary.

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by the carrier; however, we will always work with you to help resolve the situation.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted within 4 hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered production or shipped.

Because many items are made to order, changes may not be possible once production begins.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
